Individual, rest period duration is customizable and the app supports drag and drop to speed data entry. All times are displayed in GMT, so there's no need to change the device's timezone settings. The time zone on which to base the window of circadian low can be manually selected. Alarm notifications can be customized to alert the user that a rest period is ending.
