Fermenters Friend is brought to you by Hillbilby Cultured Foods. It is a calculator to help you work out the ideal salt quantity for your containers when making a brine.

It also contains a handy list of suggested brines to help you. Future versions of this app will have a Fermenters Log, allowing you to keep track of your brine solutions, as well as more information, tips and tricks.
