Quantity accuracy depends on the quality and structure of the IFC model. Reliable extraction requires rich IFC entity information, object types, material assignments, BaseQuantities and ElementQuantity data. IFC Quantity Takeoff supports early estimating, model QA and quantity review workflows, but it is not a replacement for professional QS or cost validation.
