To connect to King Cetshwayo District Municipality, a Water Services Authority. The General public can download the App, and Municipal account holders need to register before accessing Account info, ID Number and Water account. The App will allocate unique reference numbers for all your logged cases, and keep updating you on the progress. The App will enable you to report Water and Sanitation service faults within the King Cetshwayo are, upload meter readings, view account balances, rate service, keep history of your cases , and many more features will be added later.
