TRACKING
With our new app, you can conveniently look up the latest information on your shipment from anywhere at any time. Simply enter your AWB as usual to receive information on your shipment’s current status in an instant.
Your shipments at a glance: When logged in as a user, you receive a list of your active shipments, including their current status. That way you know where your shipments are at a single glance. You can conveniently access your booking and delivery information, as well as your shipment history, at any time.
Up-to-date with push notifications: Was your shipment delivered, or is it already at its destination? The customizable push notifications automatically inform you.
Your favorites: Faster access to your most important AWBs with your personal favorites.
Secure: You can also look up the status of special shipments (e.g., valuable cargo) once you have logged in.

CLAIMS
Use the app at any time to tell us if a problem arises. You will receive immediate confirmation that your claim has been sent, and one of our employees will contact you promptly.
Quick and easy: You enter the basic information for the claim, upload documents or photos as needed right from your smartphone and submit it all for processing − quick and easy.
Straightforward and hassle-free: You do not need to log in to use this function.
Direct processing: Your inquiry is forwarded directly to the appropriate office, where it is processed with high priority. You receive confirmation of receipt as a matter of course.
