Plandr+ is the first app of IDD-Parts BV, specialist in components for the service, maintenance and after-sales of sectional overhead doors and docking systems. Plandr+ provides on-site (at the door) support for industrial door and docking service teams. Identification/recognition of broken torsion springs on a door is a real challenge for any qualified engineer that needs to replace the springs. Plandr+ leads the user via 6 simple steps to the identification of the torsion spring. Ordering the spring or contacting IDD-Parts support teams is included. The app is complete with “After sales Tips & Tricks” on subjects like door maintenance, maintenance contracts, up-selling products, tools and more. Plandr+ will be regularly updated with new features and news items. As such it will develop into the IDD-Parts support channel for after sales service teams, “on-site”.

We've integrated a completely new tool to configure a door panel on location. After selecting the perfect option and the preferred width and color, all door panel details can be send directly to IDD-Parts or be shared by mail.
