The process is simple, report a problem, verify problems, and become aware of issues in your area!

The purpose of this app is to become a public database of issues that are often only sourced from the news. By giving people the ability to report issues and then see real-time updates on its verification level, communities will be informed about things to avoid or be aware of. It also guarantees that problems are not left unheard - your voice is important and makes an impact!

In order to create the best user experience, Refine+ has an array of features:
- Get notified about the most recent and verified incidents in your area
- Report issues in your area (fires, floods, potholes, road blocks, and more)
- Effortless search features to quickly navigate through issues you want to see
- Real-time report verification levels to ensure accuracy
- Verification levels indicated by red (low), yellow (medium), and green (high)
- A detailed page containing all reports (fires, floods, potholes, and more)

Refine+ 2.0 offers a completely redesigned UI with many new features for a better user experience and to improve awareness! Reports now support images to get a better look at the disaster or issue you are facing. A new filter system and report details page make it easier to quickly get the information you need to be aware.

Home Page
• Refactored functionality for updating report statuses
• New filter for quick navigation: [Latest, Oldest, Verification Level]
• New icons representing the report OR image of the report on each card

• Google Maps is now in night mode for the user’s sanity
