Site Punch List Pocket is a paid, local-first notebook for manually organizing construction punch-list items before closeout, turnover, or a site walk.
Add rows with a punch item, room or area, issue note, trade note, owner note, follow-up note, priority, checklist state, and status. Review items that are draft, logged, need owner, priority fix, or ready, then copy or share a CSV when you choose.
The app is intentionally manual and private. It does not use photos, camera capture, OCR, location, maps, reminders, project-management integrations, contractor portals, inspection automation, legal advice, safety advice, financial advice, analytics SDKs, ads, tracking, cloud sync, or developer-server upload.
