AILocations records the places you've been and provides useful statistics on these events, including total distance travelled in a day, fastest speed travelled, and total distance travelled since app was downloaded.

AIlocations works in the background of your iphone, it uses minimal battery as locations are recorded using cell phone towers and wifi hotspots. Based on battery usage data from the IOS system on numerous devices an average battery usage of 1-4% has been seen (see screenshots). A smart filter algorithm has been developed to ensure statistics are based on accurate location events only. Statistics are calculated based on line of sight between locations and are intended to provide indicative distance and speed travelled only.

Battery Use Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

We've made a range of updates based on feedback:
- reworked our main location tracking algorithm to make it more battery efficient.
- updated interface to work on all iphone screens.
- added back-up functionality to download your location database
- add additional settings to control the location tracking code to give control on how the events the app tracks.
- Updated initial interface so it always shows the last 24hours of events.
- simplified the main interface and menus
