With Ausz, you can organise your booking(s) a day, a week or a month in advance. Select your pick-up time; our drivers will arrive at least 5 minutes earlier and wait for you at your chosen pick-up location.

Security upgrade for adding new cards
We've upgraded the Add Card flow to use Strong Customer Authentication. When you add a new card, your bank will now verify the card through its own 3D Secure prompt before we save it. This is the new standard required by Australian banks for any card saved on file.

Inbox links are tappable
Links in inbox messages (surveys, travel tips, special offers) now open with a single tap.

Reward Credits — earn-only
The "Top up credit" button on the Reward Credits screen has been removed. Credits are now earned only — they accumulate as you book AUSZ chauffeurs. Your existing balance is unchanged.
