During an active tour, AutoTour uses your location—including in the background while your screen is locked—to detect arrivals and keep the matching route and narration ready. With the tour open, narration can start automatically. From the background or Lock Screen, AutoTour can notify you that the stop is ready; tap to open the stop and listen. Arrival checks happen on-device, and AutoTour does not use location for advertising or tracking.
