Here’s how it works:
•Choose a language.
•Connect with your interpreter.
•Tell your interpreter what you want to say to the non-English speaking person you’re having a conversation with.
•The interpreter repeats what you said in the other person’s language and interprets their comments or questions back to you in English.
•When your conversation is finished, disconnect.
•You will be charged on a per minute basis at a rate of $1.99 per minute.

Download and go:
•No subscription, $1.99 per minute
•Load minimum of 5 minutes
•Check your usage screen at any time to see your balance of pre-paid minutes.
•If you’re on a call with an interpreter and run out of pre-paid minutes, you will be prompted to approve additional minutes if you’d like to continue the call.

If you don’t know the language of the person with whom you’re trying to communicate:
•View CiCi’s list of languages – shown in English and in native script.
•Show the person of the other language your phone to help them identify their language.
•99% of people can identify their language by looking at the list.
•If this doesn’t work, just push the button for English (or your native language) and tell the operator you need help identifying the language or dialect of the person you’re with. The operator is trained to help in this situation.
