IEC104 SimX is a native iOS master (controlling station) simulator and test client for the IEC 60870-5-104 telecontrol protocol used in SCADA and substation automation.
Connect to any IEC 60870-5-104 slave or RTU over TCP, run interrogations, issue commands, and watch live process data — all from your iPhone or iPad. Built for commissioning engineers, integrators, and technicians who need a quick, reliable 104 master in the field without hauling a laptop.

• Full TCP connection handling — STARTDT/STOPDT, TESTFR keep-alive, and the t1/t2/t3 timers and k/w send/receive windows from the standard.
• General Interrogation and Counter Interrogation, with the returned points shown in a live table.
• Commands in the control direction: single, double, regulating-step, and set-point — with Select-before-Execute (SBO) or direct execute, and optional CP56Time2a time tags.
• Clock synchronization and read commands.
• Live monitor point table: value, quality flags, cause of transmission, time tag, and update count per information object address.
• Timestamped frame console for every frame in and out, with an optional hex view for debugging the wire protocol.
• Configurable parameters: common address, COT/ASDU/IOA field sizes, timers, and windows — defaulting to the universal 104 values.
