Thanks for your support over the years! v2 is out and marks a new milestone.

In this minor version there are mostly bug fixes concerning merge requests. Here are the details:

- fix(merge): show unapprove button
- fix(merge): always show button when can be merged
- fix(merge): call correct function for merge
- chore: update graphql bindings
- feat(contributions): show text when empty
- fix(releases): app crash when there aren't any tags yet
- fix(labels): creation now working
- imp(user): spacing of ui elements
