Fixed an issue where the device screen did not lock automatically when the app was in the foreground.
Fixed an issue with Push where the first incoming call fails after the app was terminated by OS in the background.
Fixed background color contrast for the dark mode.
Settings Menu has been moved to the top left in order to be accessible from any screen.
