- A new Publishing Hub option controls if a company agreement is displayed to users on login.
- A new Restrict Sharing setting allows admins to prevent users from copying or sharing the content of their manuals.

- Structured documents now feature a continuous vertical scrolling presentation which allows users to smoothly move between sections.
- A new Publishing Hub option is also available to adjust the continuous vertical scrolling mode for operationally critical documents. In this mode the user controls when the next section is presented to ensure operational context is maintained.
- Empty collections are no longer displayed in a user library, reducing clutter and improving navigation.
- Hyperlinks in publications now support opening the linked target in a new tab, even if that target is within the same publication.
- Viewer tab close buttons have new context menus that provide Duplicate Tab and Close All options.
- Global and library search now support document codes, which are now visible in the Info Panel.
- Universal Links are now supported for ContentManager365 backend users. Links to online resources will now open in the app, when possible.
- Annotation text contrast has been improved to avoid issues with light or dark text and backgrounds.
