The founder Khyati Rupani's successful struggle with PCOS & excess weight has become the foundation of the Programs at Balance Nutrition, she not only battled PCOS but managed a very healthy pregnancy. Post-pregnancy she went on to lose over 30 kgs to become 56 kgs post her pregnancy
she was the youngest chief dietitian at Lilavati hospital at a tender age of 23, subsequently, she had a long 11 years of practice in various organizations
Her personal Experiences and successful Experiments with her own health as well her long successful career laid the foundation for all the programs. We have a team of highly qualified & trained 30+ nutritionist and an overall team of over 70
Balance Nutrition has serviced since 12000 clients since 2014 across 60 countries Total Weight loss achieved so far is over 109000kg, we have Planned over 100000 personalized diets and handled over 600000 queries

Every client who enters a program get a dedicated qualified nutritionist(mentor) the program is supervised by a senior quality control head, all under the watchful eye of the founder and chief dietitian
