Breath Control is a simple, thoughtful breathing exercise app designed to help you find calm, energy, or focus – whenever you need it.
Built-in techniques
Five guided breathing methods, each with a different purpose:

• 4-7-8 Method – A deeply calming pattern for winding down
• Energise – A quick pick-me-up when you need a boost

Build completely custom breathing patterns. Add steps, set your own timing, choose between inhale, hold, and exhale – and save them for next time.

Hi, I'm Brian. I built Breath Control during a time when stress was starting to show up in my body, not just my head. I was dealing with health issues tied to stress and breathing exercises were one of the few things that actually helped, but I couldn't find an app that was simple enough to just use without friction.
So I built my own. No ads, no tracking, and no pushy subscriptions* – just the tool I wished I'd had. If you're here because things feel heavy right now, I get it. I hope this helps, even a little.
This is a one-person project and I genuinely care about making it better. If something doesn't work for you, or you have an idea – reach me anytime through the feedback option in Settings.
*At the moment everything is free, and while I may introduce a paid tier in the future, I promise it will be accessible and not be required to still get a lot out of the app.
