The enthusiastic, in Austria based designer and developer named Markus Mic and his professional team, are proud now to present worldwide, the first ever of its kind made arcade game.

By using the TrueDepth system the player has to lead the bird through the game, in avoiding the highest obstacles, by tilting the smartphone into the direction wanted. Some obstacles are fixed and others are just rising up at the time of the movement.

During the play, the player will have to tilt his device while the obstacles are brought to life by the TrueDepth system in shape, size and in inertia. The players skills and reaction are getting tested to the limit.

Noir has already a high recognition value worldwide thanks for its unique gameplay experience. Enjoy the elegant, minimalistic and futuristic atmosphere in combination with the beautiful soundtrack composed by the developer himself.

Noir The black bird© creates with the APPLE TrueDepth camera system a depth illusion in 3D, on the player’s device. The access to APPLE TrueDepth camera is required to make it work.

The accessibility can be turned ON or OFF from the device settings. If the user still doesn’t agree to camera accessibility, Noir The black bird©, can still be played, but without the full 3D experience.

The TrueDepth data and camera image acquisition are related to the player's face movements, angles, distance, and position in relation to the device.

This data and informations are only used for creating the correct view and depth, of the geometrical objects and 3D elements in the arcade game Noir The black bird©.

During the use of this Application the TrueDepth data is ONLY for the duration of a single rendered frame stored on the operator device. One frame is in about 1/60th of a second completely rendered.

After rendering successfully, the above mentioned frame, the collected data gets immediately discarded and the process of rendering starts looping endlessly again from the beginning as long as the application is running.

Noir The black bird©, does not memorize and recognize any faces and is also not able to make distinctions to other faces during the use. To avoid camera tracking issues and skips during the play, make sure to keep only one face in front of the camera during the play.

The from the APPLE TrueDepth system collected face data, only remains on the users device during the use of the application and will never be shared in no form with any third parties. The face data gets automatically after every session discarded.
