iNVESTaCALC
iNVESTaCALC is an easy to use yet comprehensive investment and savings calculator, or just use it to plan and manage large purchases.
iNVESTaCALC has five easy to use calculators, each with their own App Help Notes window. Five Worked Examples windows take you through the use of the different calculators.
1. The General Finance Calculator allows you to explore different saving and drawdown schemes, estimate their performance over time, and see the impact of interest rates and fees, together with a graph of the Final Capital over time and if desired plots of the impact of ± change to the annual interest rate on the Final Capital. Warning panes will guide you through the data entry if you have a problem. You will also be able to easily check the impact of inflation on your Capital over time.
2. The Goal-Seek Calculator, accessed from the General Finance Calculator window or the App tool bar Window drop-down menu, is similar to the General Finance Calculator but has the added capability of a Goal-Seek section where you can enter your required Final Capital and calculate the Initial Capital, Savings, % Return on Investment, % Yearly Fees, and Cash Fee on Capital needed to achieve it.
If the Goal-Seek function is activated the output results can be viewed in 3 different graphs, by clicking on 'Choose Graph' button, giving a simple and clear insight to the possible options to meet your future needs. In the Plot Output Data Panel of the Goal-Seek Calculator you can also simply obtain the value from any point along the graph, either in the X axis or Y axis direction.
3. The Term-Seek Calculator allows you to easily see the possible large differences in the time needed to achieve a given Capital under different Investment returns, and fees.
4. The Cash Flow Calculator, used in conjunction with the General Finance or Goal-Seek Calculators, provides a clear view of your gross cash flow over time for up to six income streams, and importantly see the impact of inflation on your gross cash flow when adjusted for inflation.
5. The Mortgage Calculator is an easy to use calculator for a Repayment Mortgage and Interest Only Mortgage, enabling you to quickly see the likely payments needed for a given mortgage, deposit, interest rate, and term. You can set an initial fixed interest rate, over an initial period followed by a variable rate over the remainder of the term. You can also easily see the impact of changing the monthly payments on the mortgage term.
6. The App Help Notes, accessed from each Analysis window or the App tool bar Window drop-down menu, provides an easy to follow description and advice on how to use the App.
7. Worked Examples accessed from the App tool bar Worked Examples drop-down menu take you through the data entry and results of different scenarios to help you quickly realise how easy it is to use and the flexibility the App offers.
8. The input and output data from either window can be saved to your hard drive or iCloud Drive using a standard 'Save As' panel by clicking on 'Save As' located at the top right of each Calculator window. or printed by clicking on the 'Print' button.
9. It is easy to print out your data by clicking on the 'Print Data' button at the top right of each window, a standard Print Drop Down menu will appear. The Print Drop Down menu allows you to either print the data, or email, or text, or save the data to file in PDF format as needed.
10. You can add a note to each output page, either saved or printed, for future reference.
11. You can save the input data on any analysis window to your device, and load input data from previous analysis saving time and effort.
iNVESTaCALC is easy to use and gives you the flexibility and insight to make better choices, and fine tune your investment strategy.

Goal-Seek Calculator:
1. Bug Cleared: Cleared the Bug that caused the Output Data Final Capital Labels to not be visible when in Dark Mode.\
2. Set new Alerts to highlight that the Estimated Yearly % Inflation Rate cannot be used as an Input Variable when Goal-Seeking either the % Gross Investment Return/year, or the Yearly % Fee, or the Initial Cash Fee/year.
