Using their tablet, smartphone or smart glasses, users can send live videos to KASTO‘s service experts
for real-time visual assistance and information in the event of breakdown or maintenance works.

- Basic Ticket Scheduling: Use standardized Start Date and Due Date fields with flexible configuration per ticket type. Sorting and filters like “Due this week” make planning easier than ever.

- Ticket Duplication: Duplicate tickets instantly or duplicate tickets automatically when duplicating an asset to save setup time.
- Global QR Code Scanner: The Asset module scanner is now upgraded to the new Global QR Code Scanner, which is also available in Workflows for consistent and faster access.
