Rental Walkthrough Notes is a paid, local-first notebook for after-rental walkthrough notes.
Add rows with room label, room type, condition note, issue note, walkthrough date note, action note, priority, checklist state, and status. Review rows that are draft, ready, need context, follow up, or done, then copy or share a CSV when you choose.
The app is intentionally manual and private. It does not require an account, use the camera, scan barcodes, scan QR codes, use OCR, access contacts, access calendars, create reminders, use maps or location, connect to smart locks, access tenant portals, import lease records, search lease records, connect to property systems, make payments, file official forms, provide legal advice or financial advice, provide emergency guidance, use ads, use analytics SDKs, track you, cloud sync, or upload entries to a developer server.
