To be used, it requires an activation code which is supplied by care institutions having a contract with Health Insight Solution GmbH (HIS). This app allows you to monitor your health status in collaboration with your treating physicians and nurses. If you have not been asked by your care providers to download the app, please get in touch with them and ask them to contact HIS
