This app is a companion app for the ticketing.events platform - https://ticketing.events.
For event organizers who issue tickets online, Ticketing.events provides a simple, modern platform for creating events, issuing paid or free QR Code e-tickets, and managing attendees.
This app validates the QR Code tickets.
The tickets can also be scanned on exit and re-entry. They can also be scanned to redeem or gain access to an event's privileges, perks, deals and offers, etc.
The app works both online and offline.
All the captured data and valid scans are made available on the ticketing.events dashboard.
Creating Events:
With Ticketing.events, anyone can create and publish beautiful event web pages that work well on mobile devices.
Events created can be for any type of event—for example Charity, Free Admission, Paid-for, etc.
Issuing Tickets:
Ticketing.events, makes it easy to issue unique QR code e-tickets that are sent via email, can be saved on Passbook or Wallet, or even be printed. Alternatively, tickets can be saved onto NFC tags.
Managing Attendees:
Event organizers can view attendees' names, email addresses, etc. Attendee details can also be imported or exported to CSV files.
Communicating with the attendees can be done via scheduled emails.
You can elevate the attendee experience by creating NFC passes to access exclusive privileges, and NFC vCards for networking and contact sharing.
Membership Passes:
Create QR Code membership digital passes, that get saved on Apple & Google wallets or NFC wearables, and allow members to claim rewards such as discounted or exclusive tickets and any other arbitrary rewards.
Scan the QR Code membership digital passes and validate them as regular tickets.
Fundraising:
You can collect donations online or in person.
Deals & Offers
You can work with local businesses and set up deals and offers that can be redeemed using the same ticket used for admitting one to an event.
Integration:
Integrate your account with Zapier, Power Automate, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or Constant Contact to get attendee email addresses and names added to your list, sheet, or automation flows.
Notifications:
Get automated chat message notifications in Google Chat spaces and Microsoft Teams for milestones achieved, such as ticket sales, ticket revenues, attendee check-ins, etc.
Receive push and webhook notifications for many configurable custom conditions such as ticket sales, attendee check-ins, etc.
Event Planning:
Create and manage to-do checklist tasks.
Get to-dos created when milestones thresholds are met.
AI Analysis:
- Leverage the AI capabilities of ChatGPT, Grok AI, or Gemini, and use it to analyze your ticket sales, attendee registrations, donations, and membership data, and get real-time assistance that can improve workflows.
Reports:
View ticket sales and revenue reports.
View checked-in attendee data. This also includes non-attendance data.
Generate visualization reports in Looker Studio or Power BI
Export reports to CSV files.
