This organic chemistry flashcard app contains over 1600 flashcards designed to help users learn IUPAC nomenclature for organic molecules. The app includes all the important functional groups from alcohols to thiols, and a section on important biochemical molecules. Users will learn how to name simple derivatives or more complex multifunctional molecules using the preferred IUPAC nomenclature. Helpful information is provided for each functional group that includes: parent alkane groups, common substituents, group priority suffix and prefixes, and the Cahn-Ingold-Prelog rules for stereochemistry. Each information section also contains two examples for converting names into structures and structures into names with the help sections present. Once the user has chosen their set of flashcards, users can simply swipe between flashcards to see new flashcards or revisit previous cards. In the settings page, users can also choose to study those flashcards using a multiple choice mode and adjust how many possible answers they have.
