AH Movement brings your favorite in-studio classes directly to you with at-home workouts that are created to help you discover joy in movement.
Every class is intentionally crafted to make exercise a fun, balanced, and sustainable practice from the convenience of home. With a variety of livestream and on-demand options including barre, strength training, tabata, mat pilates, and more, you'll build a routine that leaves you feeling your strongest, most encouraged self!

AH Movement is home of The Recovery Barre, a sober movement community for women that combines a recovery meeting with a free beginner-friendly barre class and welcomes all who are sober, sober-curious, or in long-term recovery from alcohol. Join the free community inside!
