This update is a long time coming. Nearly everything has been rebuilt.
What's new:
- HealthKit sync. Workouts write to Apple Health automatically. Body weight reads back in to power bodyweight exercise tracking.
- Bodyweight exercises. Mark any exercise as bodyweight and the app handles the maths — BW, BW + added load, or assisted.
- Progress charts. A 1RM line chart for every exercise, with 1M, 3M, 6M, 1Y, and all-time views. Rescales automatically so real improvements are visible,
not flat lines.
- Rest timer. A floating countdown that stays on screen between sets and sends a notification when you're ready to go again.
- Gym Buddies. Share personal bests automatically with nearby training partners over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. One QR scan to pair, no internet required.
- Import from Strong or Hevy. Bring your full history across via CSV.
- PR celebrations. The app detects genuine personal records — gated on enough history so early sessions don't trigger false positives.
- Calendar history. Tap any date to review the full session log.
