HOW TO USE GRAVITY
Gravity combines short audio meditations with reflective journaling (Pods) to help you think, reflect, and grow.
1) Choose Your Path: Select a Daily Reflection or Moment from the Home screen and listen.
2) Start Your Pod: After the meditation (or if you skip it), you’ll be guided to your journal entry.
3) Find Your Prompt: Shuffle through curated prompts, reflect, write, and submit your Pod.
DAILY REFLECTION
Daily Reflections offer modern wisdom and practical insights through short audio meditations that drop daily and disappear after 24 hours. Each session—blending ancient wisdom, modern psychology, and science-backed insights—is designed to shift your perspective, spark action, and bring clarity to your day.
