Subway Poker is a single player poker game where the player competes with the house to form the strongest 5-card poker hand. At the start of each round, the player chooses a set of cards from the deck to target. Once the player finishes choosing their target set, cards are dealt one by one from the top of a shuffled deck until a card from the target set appears. The player gets to keep the card from the target set and the house gets to keep all the cards that appeared before it. After the round ends, the player can assess the dealt cards and choose to target a new subset of cards from the remaining deck before the next round of dealing. After 5 rounds, the player always has 5 cards. If the house has fewer than 7 cards, the house gets dealt cards until it reaches 7 cards. The player's 5-card hand shows down against the house's strongest 5 card hand. If there is a tie, the house wins.
