MailSender is a streamlined, lightweight version of the Mail Merge Pro application, designed for efficiently sending bulk emails to your valuable customers. This simple and dynamic tool allows you to merge data from external sources such as xlsx, xls, CSV, docx, rtf, and txt files. All you need to do is draft your email, and MailSender will handle the rest, including personalizing the email with the recipient's name and custom messages. You can also easily attach files to your emails.

With MailSender, you can maintain static information like advertisements or greeting notes within a mail template, while dynamic data that changes over time can be stored in MS Excel or MS Word documents. Any updates made to these documents will be automatically reflected in your emails.

This application is perfect for users who prefer a straightforward approach to email campaigns, without the need for creating text boxes, images, lines, or tables within the document, focusing solely on sending simple emails without additional content.

SMTP Setup: You can configure either your website's mail server or a public mail SMTP server.

For your website's mail server:

SMTP Name: smtp://mail.yourdomain.com (e.g., smtp://mail.ramasoftwares.com)
Port: 587
Sender Username: "mailid@yourdomain.com" (e.g., contact@ramasoftwares.com)
Sender User ID: "mailid@yourdomain.com" (e.g., contact@ramasoftwares.com)
Password: "password?" (Your contact email password)

For universal mailing services like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.:

Server Name: smtp.mail.yahoo.com or smtp.gmail.com
Port: 587
Sender Username: "user id"
Sender Mail ID: "MailId@yahoo.com" or "MailId@gmail.com"
Password: "password?" (App-specific password for third-party apps on macOS)
