With ALEX Connect, you can:
- Pull up plan info and ID cards at the touch of a fingertip. It’s way easier than digging through your wallet or scrolling through a 30 page PDF.
- Find cheaper prescriptions in your area. Pharmacies can charge different prices for the exact same medicine. It’s chaos! Our built-in prescription lookup will help you get the best deal every time.
- Get important updates from your employer. Our message center gives you direct access to the latest news from your benefits team.
- Access ALEX Benefits Counselor. Whether you’re prepping for open enrollment or going through a qualifying life event, ALEX can help you compare plans to find the best coverage for the least amount of money.
- You can now participate in wellness challenges with your colleagues. We would need access to your steps and distance data in healthKit to build a leaderboard with your peers. If you don’t see this option in app please reach out to your HR to get Wellness enabled.
Quick note: ALEX Connect only works if you’ve been provided a login from your employer, and certain features may not be available to all employers. If you’re not sure, talk to your HR or benefits team.
