TRACKING ORDERS
•Track your Foundation Medicine tests at four key steps in the process, with status updates in real time and estimated dates for when results will be available.

IMMEDIATELY RESOLVE ANY ORDERS ON HOLD
•Receive push notifications when an order is placed on hold, and swipe right to resolve by contacting our Client Services team.

IN-APP “CONCIERGE” SERVICE
•Contact our Client Services team to address on-hold orders without leaving the app.

VIEWING REPORTS
•View results as soon as they are available when you are away from your desk or when you’re on-the-go.
