PDF Toolbox
iOS Universel / Utilitaires
A while back, I was chatting with friends who needed to submit documents to Home Office. What surprised me was how many of them were using free online tools to handle PDFs containing bank statements, salary slips, and address proofs.
These weren't careless people—they just didn't realise what happens when you upload a PDF to a "free" website. Your files pass through someone else's server. Your personal data—account numbers, addresses, income details—ends up who-knows-where.
I get it. When someone need to merge two PDFs or reorganise pages in a PDF, they usually search online for the "best" way and click the first result. It's convenient. But convenience shouldn't mean giving away your privacy.
So I built PDF Toolbox. Everything runs locally on your device. No uploads. No servers. No accounts. Just you and your documents.
This is a complete rebuild of PDF Unlocker, which only removed PDF passwords. With the new name—PDF Toolbox now includes 17 professional tools:
Organize
- Merge multiple PDFs into one
- Split PDFs into separate files
- Rotate, reorder, extract, or delete pages
Optimize

- Resize pages to different dimensions
Create & Convert

- Create PDFs from photos or scanned documents
