The Ace Retailer Mobile Assistant is designed exclusively for Ace Hardware retailers to improve the employee experience by giving them quick and easy access to information while reducing steps and clicks. The app provides mobile capabilities to search, evaluate and order product, manage customer and store orders, receive/sort/put away deliveries, and more.
Additional app features:
• View item information by scanning or entering a SKU or UPC and confirm available quantity by store and RSC.
• View Item sales and purchase history.
• View item level Ace and store pricing information as well as competitor pricing (when available).
• Build a basket for multiple items or quickly submit an “Express Checkout” for easy ordering.
• Enable “multi-store” for easy ordering across chains or a subset of stores within your chain.
• Enhanced landing page with store and multi-store selector.
• Static footer for easy access to the Homepage and Shopping Cart.
• Fulfill Customer Orders to progress acehardware.com orders from anywhere in your store.
• Create Custom delivery routes for all orders placed through in-store or Hardware.com.
• Look up Acehardware.com or in-store orders by last name, order number, or phone number.
• Complete delivery and capture the proof of delivery by taking a photo or customer signature.
• View delivery routes through a map view with delivery markers for all required deliveries.
• Ace Convention section provides all showing ordering options.
