CINC Manager has been fully redesigned and rewritten from the ground-up to provide you the best experience for recording and tracking Violation Inspections and Work Orders. Our new app, which will replace the current CINC Manager+ app, was designed by feedback from our clients and User Experience Design experts.
CINC Manager is a fully integrated application that works with CINC Systems for Violation Inspections, Work Orders, & ACC Requests. With CINC Manager, you are able to view, track, and update CINC Systems data in real-time. The CINC Manager is an all-in-one app that eliminates the need for you to take along printed reports, notepads, cameras, and pens. Since the data access is real-time, you do not need to type this information in later or upload it after you return to the office. All the information you need to make decisions are available to you on-site with CINC Manager.
Existing Features:
•View, update, or create new Violation Inspections and Work Orders on-site with real-time access to your CINC Systems data.
•Email communication directly within the app for Board/homeowner/vendor correspondence to provide better visibility and eliminate phone calls.
•Attach photos using your device camera or photo library to new or existing Violations and Work Orders. These photos can then be added to your violation letters or emailed to vendors for work orders to eliminate confusion and provide a better understanding of the service problem.
•Escalate a Violation to the next level or close any Violations that have been resolved.
•Close Work Orders that have been completed.
•Access closed Violations and Work Orders as well as view the status of any ACC requests that help you make more informed decisions during your inspections.
•Re-open closed Violations and continue the process where you left off.
New Features include:
•CINC Manager is now a universal app that can be installed on both the iPad and iPhone.
•Search functionality throughout the app to provide you quick access to the information you need. This includes searching for associations, properties, violations, work orders, and more!
•A redesigned Work Order experience that includes pre-approved vendors to streamline the vendor assignment process (for Portfolio Management users only).
•Dark and Light Modes so you can pick the best app experience to fit your personal needs.
•CINC Manager can now be taken offline, all from the same app! If the neighborhood you are inspecting has a weak or no signal, you can download all the information you need ahead of time directly to your device in order to perform your inspections, all without having to be connected to a network. Once back online, you can then sync your inspections back up to CINC Systems. Best of all, there is no need to download a separate app to go offline.

Version 8.1 contains bug fixes and improvements to enhance the user experience and improve the app’s stability and performance, including the following:
•Made improvements to Closed Violation’s expiration:
• Removed the Closed Violations Expiration settings on the Global Settings screen. (CM-2481) These settings are now controlled on the Settings tab of the
System / Company Profile screen in CINC Accounting.
• Violations marked with no expiration date in CINC Accounting can be reopened anytime.
•Enhanced Cephai-assisted email:
• You can now copy text entered in the Message field body of a new email into the Cephai chat window by tapping Ask Cephai.
•When you tap Insert on the Cephai chat window, you can choose Keep Editing to discard the Cephai-suggested text or Replace to keep the Cephai-suggested text.
•Added a Search bar to the Settings screen that allows you to search for and locate specific settings.
•The Escalation Date on Open Violations can only be a future date. Recurring fines for Violations continue to function as expected.
•You will now get a prompt if the app is unable to access the device’s photo library or camera when adding photo(s) to a Violation or Work Order.
•The Email Work Location and Email Vendor options on the Complete Work Order and Reopen Work Order screens are now controlled on the Settings tab of the
System / Company Profile screen in CINC Accounting.
•Vendors with incomplete or expired insurance are indicated on the Select a Vendor screen. Those Vendors can only be linked to a Work Order if permitted on the Settings screen of the System / Company Profile screen in CINC Accounting.
•Fixed an issue with phone numbers for new users not displaying correctly on the Property Details screen even when enabled on the Global Settings screen.
•When in offline mode, system-generated notes are created and emailed when a violation is updated, created, or closed.
•Fixed an issue with duplicate Violations created when the same Violation is saved in rapid succession while the device is offline.
•Fixed an issue with Work Order images not displaying correctly.
•UI/UX improvements.
•Bug fixes.
