CINC Manager has been fully redesigned and rewritten from the ground-up to provide you the best experience for recording and tracking Violation Inspections and Work Orders. Our new app, which will replace the current CINC Manager+ app, was designed by feedback from our clients and User Experience Design experts.
CINC Manager is a fully integrated application that works with CINC Systems for Violation Inspections, Work Orders, & ACC Requests. With CINC Manager, you are able to view, track, and update CINC Systems data in real-time. The CINC Manager is an all-in-one app that eliminates the need for you to take along printed reports, notepads, cameras, and pens. Since the data access is real-time, you do not need to type this information in later or upload it after you return to the office. All the information you need to make decisions are available to you on-site with CINC Manager.
Existing Features:
•View, update, or create new Violation Inspections and Work Orders on-site with real-time access to your CINC Systems data.
•Email communication directly within the app for Board/homeowner/vendor correspondence to provide better visibility and eliminate phone calls.
•Attach photos using your device camera or photo library to new or existing Violations and Work Orders. These photos can then be added to your violation letters or emailed to vendors for work orders to eliminate confusion and provide a better understanding of the service problem.
•Escalate a Violation to the next level or close any Violations that have been resolved.
•Close Work Orders that have been completed.
•Access closed Violations and Work Orders as well as view the status of any ACC requests that help you make more informed decisions during your inspections.
•Re-open closed Violations and continue the process where you left off.
New Features include:
•CINC Manager is now a universal app that can be installed on both the iPad and iPhone.
•Search functionality throughout the app to provide you quick access to the information you need. This includes searching for associations, properties, violations, work orders, and more!
•A redesigned Work Order experience that includes pre-approved vendors to streamline the vendor assignment process (for Portfolio Management users only).
•Dark and Light Modes so you can pick the best app experience to fit your personal needs.
•CINC Manager can now be taken offline, all from the same app! If the neighborhood you are inspecting has a weak or no signal, you can download all the information you need ahead of time directly to your device in order to perform your inspections, all without having to be connected to a network. Once back online, you can then sync your inspections back up to CINC Systems. Best of all, there is no need to download a separate app to go offline.

Version 7.0 contains bug fixes and improvements to enhance the user experience and improve the app’s stability and performance, including the following:
•Introducing Cephai, our virtual AI assistant, which can answer your most important questions to speed up inspections. Cephai can:
•Answer questions about violations, work orders, ACCs when in an association.
•Answer questions about homeowner information including status, account number, address, and current balance.
•Answer questions about governing docs, guidelines, and CC&Rs when enabled.
•Answer questions on how to use the app.
•Help compose violation and work order emails.
•We have made significant behind-the-scenes improvements to ensure a faster and more stable experience.
•Second address lines and unit numbers are now taken into account when properties are sorted alphabetically on the Association screen.
•Fixed an issue that caused app crashes when saving an image taken with the device’s camera for a new Violation.
•Fixed a compatibility issue with attached keyboard and mouse on the iPad when submitting a Work Order.
•UI/UX improvements.
•Bug fixes.
