This update makes managing shifts simpler and more consistent. Shift swaps now follow a strict 48-hour cutoff, and staff can mark previous shifts as sick directly from the app. Pending shifts are displayed in order of soonest to latest, making it easier to stay on top of upcoming schedules. The payroll button is now visible on current-day shifts, providing quicker access without needing to wait until the following day.
We’ve refined the change password process with inline guidance so you no longer lose your progress when a field is incorrect. Staff can also add or update their PIN inside the app, and managers gain visibility into who has read their messages.
Other improvements include a cleaner calendar with properly aligned shift indicators, clearer staff-picker details that explain why someone is unavailable, the option to switch between front and back cameras for photo clock in/out, and a safeguard that warns when editing payroll-processed shifts. Together, these enhancements make the app more accurate, efficient, and reliable.
