1. Resolved an issue where completed or inactive projects were incorrectly appearing in the Expense entry and Time Card dropdowns. Only active projects will now be displayed as expected.
2. Resolved an issue where the user's most recent projects were not shown at the top in the project pickers when creating a new expense or time entry. Users will now see their latest projects listed at the top as expected.
