Improvements
Orders: editing an already existing order won't ask to sign anymore, the first sign will be saved
Pre-Order: added a 'reserved notes' field, just before creating the pre-order. This field will be moved to the corresponding one, once the pre-order will be converted in order
BackOffice: 'Order status' section now reports also non confirmed order (marked here as 'Stand by')
Customer sales: completely redesigned the Sales overview and the Budget section, and now iBrama reports all the information introduced in Brama Operation, also with 1-tap speed function, (no more other taps to confirm the customer / period)
