Customer list: customer status (blocked, also ATS immediate only, fully blocked) right to each one in the list
Orders: customer status (blocked, also ATS immediate only, fully blocked) right to each one in the list
New order: if customer is blocked for ATS immediate only, only reorder/swap type are available (reorder for immediate only, future are greyed out)
