Designed for Axero admins and Axero employees, the My Axero mobile app gives you on-the-go access to documentation, cases, and the entire Axero support community. Axero users who manage their Axero intranet and work closely with the Axero Support team can track tickets, submit new ones, and access communications with their Customer Support Manager.
With My Axero you are able to:
Post questions in the Axero Online Support forums
Submit Private cases
Access the entire Axero documentation library
Bookmark pages
Receive push notifications as your tickets and cases progresses
Please note: My Axero is strictly used to access the Axero Support community and the Axero app is used by your entire userbase to access your intranet. These are two different apps.
