Week of July 28, 2026
Version 3.28.10 delivers a mix of new functionality and targeted fixes across Housekeeping, Jobs, Activity Log, and Settings.
New — Reservation Status Filter
The Housekeeping List View now includes a Reservation Status filter, allowing coordinators to quickly narrow the job list by Arrival, In-House, or Due Out. Multiple statuses can be selected simultaneously, and the filter works across all pages and combines with existing filters for precise results.
Housekeeping List View
•Reservation Status Filter Not Working – Fixed an issue where applying the Reservation Status filter returned the same unfiltered results, making the filter non-functional.
•Rooms Disappearing from Timeline – Resolved a bug where rooms were vanishing from the Housekeeping Timeline view and only reappearing after a manual page refresh, disrupting real-time assignment visibility.
•Room Missing from Rooms Drawer – Fixed an issue where an active room with a live reservation was not appearing in the Rooms Drawer and displaying no occupancy or housekeeping data despite being correctly configured in Settings.
•Supervisor View Missing Room Numbers – Resolved a display issue where room numbers were not rendering in the Supervisor View, leaving only the room status visible.
Jobs
•Stayover Job Not Created After Back-to-Back Check-In – Fixed an issue where a back-to-back reservation correctly cancelled the departure job but failed to automatically generate the stayover job, leaving the room unassigned.
•Concurrent Stayover and Departure Jobs on Same Room – Resolved a bug where a room could have both a stayover and departure job active simultaneously, causing two attendants to be dispatched to the same room.
•Confirmation Messages Missing on Jobs Board – Fixed an issue where completing, cancelling, or editing a job no longer showed a confirmation message. Take & Start now correctly displays the job number in the success message.
•Completed Checklist Tasks Not Visible in Job View – Resolved an issue where completed tasks were no longer visible directly under the assigned job on both mobile and desktop.
•Checklists Not Showing in Project Dropdown – Fixed a bug where the checklist dropdown in Projects was displaying raw identifiers instead of checklist names, with no data available on click.
Activity Log
•Activity Log Not Loading – Resolved a high-priority issue where the Activity Log was not populating at all for Job Detail and Room Drawer views across all properties.
•Events Out of Chronological Order – Fixed an issue where Activity Log entries sharing the same minute-level timestamp were displayed out of causal sequence, making it difficult to follow what triggered what.
•Job ID and Action Text Colliding – Resolved a layout issue where the Job ID ran directly into the action label with no spacing, and wrapped lines misaligned on multi-line entries.
•Activity Log Showing Inconsistent Data for Same Room – Fixed an issue where the same room could display two different activity logs, with one not matching the underlying Activity Log Report.
Settings
•Inspection Setting Using Wrong Label – Fixed the VIP and Special Codes inspection setting displaying an incorrect label in Job Settings. It now correctly reads "Set Inspection Job creation by VIP and Special Codes for Arrivals."
•Inspection Setting Missing Required Note – Resolved an issue where the expanded inspection setting section was not displaying the required note about self-inspector roles.
Timeline
•Extra Scrollbar in Detailed View – Fixed a UI issue where an extraneous scrollbar appeared when opening the detailed Timeline view.
