Greetings from Optii! We’re wrapping up the year with exciting updates designed to make your daily operations smoother, smarter, and more efficient. Here’s what’s new in version 3.23.0:
Linen Strip Cancellation Automation
Optii now automatically cancels any incomplete Linen Strip tasks to save your team time and reduce manual work.
During Daily Job Creation (DJC), any unfinished Linen Strip tasks are automatically cancelled.
When a user starts cleaning a room, any pending Linen Strip task for that same room will also be cancelled.
This improvement keeps your housekeeping workflow clean and efficient—no more manual cleanup or confusion about task status.

Stayover Cadences by VIP Code
You can now manage stayover cleaning frequencies using VIP and Special Codes. This feature gives you the flexibility to define unique cleaning cadences for specific guest types.
Set different stayover frequencies for each VIP or Special Code
Override the standard property cadence
Use a value of “0” to skip Stayover job creation for that guest type

TD Inspections Automation
Ensure consistent quality control with automated Turndown (TD) inspections. Optii can now automatically create an Inspection job after a TD task is completed, giving you full visibility and confidence in your evening service.
OOO/OOS Rooms Drawer
Gain better visibility into Out of Order (OOO) and Out of Service (OOS) rooms directly within the Rooms Drawer. Your team can now easily see OOO/OOS rooms while still tracking their current cleaning status.

Clear understanding of cleaning progress and readiness across all rooms
Credit Value Override by Room Location
You can now override global room type credits with individual room-level values. This provides more control over time allocation and allows you to account for differences such as room size or layout within the same room type.
