Greetings from Optii! Version 3.24.0 delivers a new Supervisor View, smarter housekeeping automation, saved filters, tag upgrades, improved Pick Up handling, and key performance fixes.
What’s New
• Supervisor View (Inspector’s View): a dedicated view for Managers/Supervisors to oversee inspections and room activity. View assignments, cleans, status updates, workload/credits, and use quick actions like DND, Rush, and Tags. Includes role-based access plus advanced filters (Location, Section, Role, Team Member).
• Housekeeping Rules — Job Add-ons: create reservation-based add-on rules that evaluate check-in date, length of stay, and frequency so the right add-on jobs are created automatically on the next applicable day.
• Pick Up (PU) status (optional): PU can now be enabled/disabled at the property level. When enabled, existing logic remains (including check tasks for revisions) while Optii continues to accept status updates from the PMS.
• Saved Filters (Service + Housekeeping): save multiple filter combinations to your profile, reuse them across views, and keep your last-selected filter across sessions.
• Tags on Job Cards: see tags directly on job cards and add/create tags inline at any point in the job lifecycle—updates appear instantly.
• Optii AI Support: new AI support chat + helpful tooltips (available on desktop).
Enhancements & Fixes
• Job Added timestamp now logs when a job is successfully added (not when “Add Job” is selected).
• Location Activity Log now shows the job action associated with the Job ID.
• Improved Timeline performance and fixed intermittent unassign issues.
• Property Navigator search now returns exact matches more reliably.
• Cleaning/Inspected status updates now cancel related check/inspection tasks for the same location when applicable.
• Refined room-move logic:
greater/equal than 1 min: set to Vacant + keep last known cleaning status
1 lower than 5 min: set to Vacant + create a Check task
greater or equal to 5 min: set to Vacant + create a Departure task
