# Resolved Issues

- Improved the handling of situations where saving an incident, risk, hazard, checklist would fail when a widget had been deleted from the form template. It now informs the user of the issue and prompts to retry, so as to safely save the form.
- Ability to link to consequences when editing a risk was not present.
- Changing the permission level for a checklist invitation was not being reflected.
- Textbox widgets set to use rich text content incorrectly rendering.
- Unable to reopen a closed checklist in My Checklists.
- Under a particular company configuration, the manage menu option was visible where it should not have been.
- Fixed an app crash that occurred when scanning a QR code to report a form that resides in an environment that is not the one the user is currently logged in to.
- Privacy policy could sometimes be circumvented.
- Risks and hazards created via Hazscan were not showing the form title.
- Numerous other small fixes, improvements, and UI tweaks throughout the app.
