With SecurePIM, employees can use their mobile devices in both business and private environments. All corporate data is encrypted and stored in the so-called secure container separated from private data.

With SecurePIM, you meet all the requirements of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with regard to mobile working.

Home:

- Always stay up to date: plan and organize your day with the Home module

Email:

- Automatically sign and encrypt sent and received emails according to the S/MIME encryption standard
- Make full use of all common email features
- Manage up to 3 email accounts with S/MIME encryption in one single app
- Scan documents and add them directly to an email

Team Mails:

- Add Team Mailboxes as well as Delegate Mailboxes
- Use public folders to access information
- Write and manage emails securely in SecurePIM

Messenger:

- Add notes and comments to PDF documents
- Edit MS Office documents as you would on the desktop
- Scan printed or handwritten documents with up to 30 pages

Browser:

- Surf securely in SecurePIM Browser
- Access intranet sites
- Use common browser features, such as opening multiple tabs, (corporate) bookmarks, desktop mode
- Use VDI access (e.g. via Citrix) on iPads

Camera:

- Take photos and store them encrypted in the Documents module
- Send photos encrypted with the SecurePIM Email module

What's new:

+++ Adaptive User Interface for SecurePIM on iPad +++
With this and subsequent releases, we will gradually transition SecurePIM to an adaptive user interface. This UI dynamically adapts to different window sizes and is optimized for small windows (“Small Canvas”) on the iPad.
This adjustment enables improved use of Stage Manager on iPads and external displays with iPadOS, while also supporting the new window management features. The result is a secure, ultra-mobile workspace that can effectively replace a laptop.
Our goal is to enable you to work securely and productively anytime, anywhere – completely without a laptop.

+++ Dynamic User Interface in the Browser Module +++
With the current release, we have converted the Browser module to an adaptive user interface. The Browser is now the second module in SecurePIM after the Workspace that responds fully adaptively to Stage Manager and Window Management.

+++ Dynamic Display of the Contacts Module +++
The display of the Contacts module now also adapts to the window size and is shown correctly even in smaller window sizes.

+++ Dynamic Adjustment of Workspace Elements +++
The display of the rows and columns in which the icons (e.g., modules and bookmarks) are arranged in the workspace now remains constant even when the iPad is rotated or the window size is changed with Stage Manager.

+++ Preparing for Adaptive SecurePIM: Consistent UI Between iPhones and iPads +++
The browser module and workspace were just the beginning: In preparation for a fully adaptive SecurePIM, we have standardized the SecurePIM user interface on iPhones and iPads across multiple modules.

+++Select Email Account When Creating Messages +++
When creating, replying to, or forwarding emails, as well as when sending documents directly from the Documents module or the document editor, you can now select the account used in the Mail module, provided you have more than one account stored.

+++Word Search on Web Pages +++
You can now use Word Search to find specific terms on a web page. To do this, tap the icon for more options in the navigation bar and select the “Word search” option from the context menu.

+++Company or Job Title in the Contact List +++
The company name and job title of your contacts are now shown in the contact list and when searching for contacts – provided you have saved this information for the respective contact.

+++ Loading Indicator When Exporting Contacts +++
When exporting contacts, SecurePIM now displays a loading indicator that temporarily blocks the interface during the process.

+++ Clear Contrast Lines in the Calendar Module +++
We have also adjusted the dividing lines in the calendar to make them easier to see.
