With SecurePIM, employees can use their mobile devices in both business and private environments. All corporate data is encrypted and stored in the so-called secure container separated from private data.

With SecurePIM, you meet all the requirements of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with regard to mobile working.

Email:

- Automatically sign and encrypt sent and received emails according to the S/MIME encryption standard
- Make full use of all common email features
- Manage up to 3 email accounts with S/MIME encryption in one single app
- Scan documents and add them directly to an email

Team Mails:

- Add Team Mailboxes as well as Delegate Mailboxes

Messenger:

What's new:

+++ Dynamic Text Sizes in the Mail Module +++
With the current version of SecurePIM, the Mail module now supports dynamic text sizes. The text size on the account page, folder view, inbox, email view, and when composing an email in the email composer automatically adjusts to the individual iOS system settings, improving the readability and usability of the app for users with impaired vision, age-related vision problems, or temporary limitations.
To display dynamic text in the mail module, you must enable it in the iOS system settings under “Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Larger Text” and also in the SecurePIM settings under “General > Dynamic Text.”

+++ Dynamic User Interface in the Modules Documents, Tasks & Notes +++
With the current release, we have converted the modules Documents, Tasks, and Notes to an adaptive user interface.
After the Workspace, the Contacts module, and the Browser, these are now the next modules in SecurePIM that respond fully adaptively to Stage Manager and Window Management.

+++ Restrict Downgrading of Categories in Email Categorization +++
Administration teams now have the option to prevent the downgrading of an email's category. Users can no longer select a lower category when replying to or forwarding an email that has been assigned a category.
