Shift Swap Liaison
iOS Universel / Economie et entreprise
Shift Swap Liaison is a local-first shift handoff tool for teams that already coordinate in group chats.
Create a shift card, share an app-only QR code or link into iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, or another chat, and let a teammate open the claim screen inside the app. When someone accepts, Shift Swap Liaison prepares the confirmation back to the requester and manager and can generate a claimed update for the original group chat so other teammates stop trying to take the same shift.
Version 2.7 adds a Coverage Desk for people who manage several open swaps at once. The app scores unresolved requests, flags urgent timing, missing contacts, manager follow-up, teammate availability, and personal schedule conflicts so you know what needs action before a shift falls through.
Built for fast handoffs:
- create a shift card with manager, time, location, and notes
- share an app-only QR code and app-only link
- let a teammate accept or decline inside the app
- review the Coverage Desk score for open swaps, blockers, and next actions
- save regular coworkers with contact info, role, notes, and usual unavailable days
- check teammate availability before sharing a request
- prepare the acceptance email back to the requester with the manager copied in
- optionally text the requester when a phone number is available
- post a claimed update back to the original group chat
- track your own schedule, short-rest gaps, overlaps, weekly hours, and overtime planning
- export schedule PDFs, calendar files, and swap ledger CSV files
- scan shift QR codes with the camera or open a link from the clipboard
Shift Swap Liaison does not run a company backend, does not require a team account, and does not include analytics, tracking, ads, or in-app purchases. Everything stays on your device unless you choose to share or export it.
Pay, differential, and overtime figures are planning estimates only and are not legal or financial advice.
Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
Coverage Desk is now built into the Schedule tab. It scores unresolved shift swaps, totals open coverage hours, flags urgent timing, missing contacts, manager follow-up, teammate availability, and personal schedule conflicts, then suggests the next action to keep a swap moving.
This update also refreshes App Store screenshots and support content to show the current interface, including My Schedule, weekly hours, teammate roster, and the new coverage command center.
