Digital Solution which provides a simplified stock ordering system for the retail community.
Our Smart Ordering App is a digital solution that streamlines the management, review, and submission of ordering stock within the retail community. The App has been designed with industry best practices in mind, providing an intuitive user interface that eliminates the need for extensive end-user training.
The App provides functionality which uses a retail stores current stock levels together with sales detail as input to suggest suitable products to be ordered. The products are collated together in appropriate groups to simplify the ordering process. While ordering the user can filter out stock based on a number of factors such as, to be actioned, already ordered, and item swiped as not required. This further simplifies the ordering steps allowing the user to be focused on outstanding suggestions. The App has functionality to then automate the ordering of stock into suppliers systems thereby reducing the manual effort and complexity to order stock.
If required the user can add required stock by manually entering a product's barcode or via scanning the same. The App will then lookup the product on the users database to gather the information required to allow this product to be added to the next stock order.
The user can view and amend items on the order list to decide whether to order or not, to specify or amend the suggested amount of stock, and if needed can update current stock levels for use in future suggested stock order lists.
The App will display the item cost, amount sold or recently wasted volumes based on a users requirements, for example the amount sold is variable e.g. sales last week/month.
A running order total per product category, and across the whole order list, is made visible to aid a user's decision making.
The current list can be reset or saved as a user progresses through the order. This supports the user in completing the list as per their availability and allows the order to be split into logical groups.
Our App reduces over or under stock ordering by making suggestions based on actual stock and sales data. This thereby provides a welcome focus on stock and cost management.
The App is highly flexible, and can be set up to support multiple retail suppliers as per organisational needs, thereby creating a one stop-shop for your ordering needs.
