- Allow generation of report for portfolio that is excluded from overview
- Don't show chart range text on one-day interval since top of summary page already shows it
- Fix issue with extended hours
- Update 1D and 5D chart to not include extended hours by default
- Allow editing a portfolio's default accounting method (fifo, lifo, average cost, etc)
- Tweak quote chart range change and percent calculation
