Simple Workout Tracker is built for people who want a focused training log, not a content platform. No videos, no fluff, just the tools to plan workouts, execute them, and track progress.
Create your own exercises, build your own workouts, and log every set. During training, you can quickly adjust sets, rest, and pacing, including supersets and giant-set style flows. The app remembers your prior performance so you can make better decisions in real time: add weight, add reps, or hold steady.
It’s designed for easy visibility in the gym, with very large fonts and high-contrast color themes so you can read exercises, weights, and reps clearly from a distance, even without glasses.
Workout history shows session-by-session results and total load trends so progress is obvious. You can also track achievements, review completed sessions in detail, and monitor nutrition with the built-in food tracker and macro logging. HealthKit integration supports calorie context by reading active and resting energy.
