### Additions
- Expanded Territory Painting by dividing it to the Owner and Rightful Owner layers. You can paint both at once or only paint one of them for more precise occupations
- Note!: Painting for nations currently at war no longer automatically paints occupations. You must use the correct layer
- Added a confirmation before saving a scenario for deleting any dead nations with rightful territory but no rightful cities
- Added most in-game display settings to scenario editor

### Bugfixes & Improvements
- Revolts no longer core their starting territory immediately upon spawning
- Dead nations can now be painted for, but only if ONLY Rightful Owner layer is active
- Updated the Asia map
- Updated scenarios World Map 1914 and 1956, and Asia 2026 and 908
- Added a tooltip for Land Integrations setting
- Crossings will now also be included in occupations, though they won't have a striped pattern in most map modes
- Fixed a bug where spawning new nations made their territory occupations
- Fixed alliance color not changing immediately upon saving
- Fixed Alliance Panel not closing with Esc
- Fixed some buttons being clickable in situations where they shouldn't be
- Fixed credits not being fully scrollable
- Fixed some translations
- Improved error reporting
- Updated Unity version
