### Additions
- Added a God Mode Tool to spawn Major Battles
- When no nation is selected, spawned battles will have a random outcome
- If a nation is selected, any battles spawned will always result in victory
- Added a bucket tool for painting terrain in Scenario editor and in-game
- Added new statistics: Kills, Total Wars, Cities
- Added default flag packs for Historical Flags of 1938, 1914 and 1792

### Bugfixes & Improvements
- Fixed a bug where changes to brush size didn't save if done during bucket tool usage
- Fixed a bug where nation borders weren't set up correctly if mountains or water was painted over the nation
- Fixed a bug where major battles blocked map clicking
- Fixed a bug where if you searched for a flag in group, and then switched group, the list would new listing would forget your search, so now you can search for a flag and easily check multiple flag packs for it
- Unified the look and functionality of Scenario Editor and God Mode Tools
- Fixes and updates to World Map 2025 & 1938, Europe 2025, 1938 & 1914 and Asia 908 scenarios
- Updated current day default scenarios to 2026
- Edit Territory tool now has to be enabled to use the Nation Mask Selector tool
