About CRM call
CRM Call is a program that helps link your Internet phone to Hanbiro CRM information. Utilizing this program, instantly know if the person calling is a previous Customer and some basic information about them. Likewise, immediately record phone information as soon as calls end for immediate streamlined data entry while sending Tickets or Tasks to others as needed.
Advantage
Viewing Availability: If you're working at a call center, you can check who's on and who's not. Users can also distinguish who is in the middle of a call or not. This makes transferring and pulling calls easy and efficient.
Customer List: Utilize the Customers List window to add a new Customer or search action.
Activity History: Adding to each respective Customer's Activity History is simplified through this program. After each call you receive with CRM Call, a window automatically appears to prompt you for information about the call with some fields automatically filled in for faster data entry.
Add new ticket/ Todo: In CRM Call, there are two buttons when you work with CRM Call: Add Task and Create Ticket. These options sync with CRM to immediately help forward work to others smoothly.
