Videohog is a download accelerator made especially for video files, it allows a user to download a video file at a faster speed, and gives them easy access to playing the video files with a previously installed video player e.g. VLC and MPlayerX.
The user can experiment with the transfer options in the configuration menu to gain an optimal transfer speed.
The fastest transfer options can be unlocked by either purchasing the full version off the appstore or unlocking them by purchasing the speed upgrade from within the application. This will give you the ability to choose up to 50 threads and a section size between 50 and 10,000kb.
