This is to ensure that the data remains intact without modification during transport. Base64 is used commonly in a number of applications including email via MIME, and storing complex data in XML.

Encode:
Begin with the "+" button or drag and drop the file. After a blink of any eye, the results will be shown. That's all!

Decode:
Paste the base64 string into text box and hit the "Decode" button, the results will be shown. And you could save the decode file into disk with hit "Save" button.
